Starter, main course, dessert! Find your unique menu with Exquisa fromage frais!

Ingredients (for 4 Personen)

Preparation

  • Place four dessert rings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place the shortbread cookies in a freezer bag and crush into crumbs using a pan. Melt the butter and mix with the cookie crumbs. Divide the mixture between the four dessert rings and press down to form a base.
  • Mix the Exquisa ZERO fromage frais mango and xylitol together. Place the cream and agartine in a pan, boil for 2 minutes, then add the mango quark mixture and mix in thoroughly. Divide the mango fromage frais cream between the four dessert rings and smooth out.
  • Peel the mango and remove the stone, puree the flesh. Place the flesh on top of the mango and quark layer and mix roughly with a fork to create beautiful swirls. Chill and leave to cool completely, then remove from the mold and enjoy.
