Starter, main course, dessert! Find your unique menu with Exquisa cream cheese!

Ingredients (for 3 People)

  • 300g Exquisa fromage frais with oatmeal wildberry
  • 100g ixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts - or your choice)
  • 250g fresh or frozen wild berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for the nut mixture)
  • 1tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh mint for decoration (optional)

Preparation

  • prepare the nuts: Roughly chop the mixed nuts and toast lightly in a pan without fat, if desired, to intensify the flavor. If you like it sweeter, you can mix the roasted nuts with a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and a little cinnamon and leave to cool briefly.
  • prepare the wild berries: If using frozen berries, defrost them first. Wash and drain fresh berries if necessary.
  • layers: In three glasses, start with a layer of the nut mixture. This is followed by a layer of Exquisa Fromage Frais with oatmeal wildberry, followed by a layer of wild berries. Repeat this process until the jars are full. The last layer should consist of the wild berries to give the dessert a fresh and fruity note.
  • Decorate: Optionally, decorate the glass with some chopped nuts and a leaf of fresh mint.
  • serve: The layered dessert can be served straight away or chilled in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving for an even more refreshing touch. Enjoy your meal!
