Ingredients (for 4 People)

Preparation

  • Peel papaya, cut in half and remove seeds. Wash, quarter and core the pear. Then cut fruit into coarse pieces. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck leaves from stems. Put some sunflower seeds and basil leaves on the side for decoration.
  • Add Exquisa Fitline Protein Strawberry, papaya and pear pieces, lime juice, sunflower seeds and basil to a stand blender and puree. If the smoothie becomes too thick, add about 50 ml of water.
  • Pour smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with remaining sunflower seeds. Finally, garnish with basil leaves.
