Ingredients (for 1 Person)

Preparation

  • Cut orange in half and squeeze. Mix juice (approx. 75 ml) with oat flakes and let swell for approx. 10 minutes.
  • Toast almond flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Sort raspberries and blueberries, wash and drain well.
  • Fold the cream cheese into the oatmeal and arrange in a bowl with the raspberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with toasted almond flakes and chia seeds.
