Starter, main course, dessert! Find your unique menu with Exquisa cream cheese!

Ingredients (for Mehr als 4)

  • 400g Exquisa fromage frais oatmeal wildberry
  • 4 wheat tortillas (approx. 26 cm in diameter)
  • 50g coconut blossom sugar
  • 40g butter
  • 50g chopped almonds
  • 150g mixed berries (currants, raspberries, blueberries)
  • Mint and berries to decorate

Preparation

  • Prepare the tortillas: Using a dessert ring (approx. 11 cm in diameter), cut out 3 circles from each of the tortillas. Melt the butter in a small pan and set aside. Spread the coconut blossom sugar on a flat plate
  • Coat the tortillas: Brush the edges of the tortilla circles (approx. 0.5 cm) with melted butter on both sides and roll in the coconut blossom sugar. Carefully insert the circles into the gaps of an upturned muffin tin (12 cavities) to create the familiar taco shape
  • Bake: Bake the tacos in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan oven: 160 °C) for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool
  • Berry filling: Wash and pick the berries, then mix with Exquisa Fromage Frais with Oatmeal Wildberry and stir well. Then fill the tacos and decorate as desired
